**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Assist superior in technical guidance during project concept reviewing. * Understand Product development process requirement and work according to it * Support new product development projects * Conduct all relevant tests according the test instruction * Ensure the documentation of experiment and test results. * Test lab/pilot samples according to the project requirement list. Dcoment experiment details and results clearly and properly. * Report the test and experiments results in oral and written form to superior * Follow up and give technical guidinace to production during new product realization process. * Ensure effective and efficient communication with the concerned functions at KLM, such as RD & QR, as well as other branches. * Provide technique support to production for process improvement. * Coordinate other colleagues to ensure the maintenance and calibration of the instruments which are under the responsibility of R&D * Participate in the Freudenberg “We All Take Care” program by creating and supporting a safe working environment, minimizing impacts on the environment and notifying the HSE department or Site Executive Officer of opportunities for improvement or areas of risk. * Ensure proper laboratory 5S practices and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and compliant working environment. * Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local and state authorities. # Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or relative field; * At least 3 years laboratory experience, familiar with analysis method * Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a team player; * Strong communication and coordination skills; * Fluent English – oral and written; * Excellent PC skills; 180,000CNY~200,000CNY ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusi
