The role requires daily in-office attendance with no remote work options._ **Roles & Responsibilities:** * Accurately quoting LTL shipments and finding ways to help Sales close opportunities * Accurately building shipments, confirming pickups and delivery appointments * Accurately communicate verbally and written * Efficient by being able to multitask, problem solve, and prioritize workload * Building relationships with Outside Sales and the LTL team as we work in a fast-paced environment that can become stressful * Capable of identifying customer needs and maintain a customer service philosophy * Ability to use decision making skills to offer options and resolve problems * Has talent to exercise good judgment with the ability to prioritize projects * Knack for adapting to constant changes in work environment, work assignments, and/or changes in priorities **Performance Measurements:** * Accuracy: Target of 99% accuracy of building and quoting shipments * Efficiency: Target of not falling behind more than 15
