What You'll Do.

Coordinate and manage daily LTL shipments

including scheduling pickups and deliveries

Track and trace shipments

providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders

Monitor shipment performance and proactively resolve service failures before they impact customers.

Resolve exceptions such as delays

Ensure accurate documentation

including bills of lading

and other inspection documents when applicable

Audit carrier invoices for accuracy
