Must Have
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), 10 years of prior relevant experience, Work in an engineering discipline, Developing and leading teams, Hardware design, reliability, and/or manufacturability assessments, Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective / preventive actions, Implementing quality strategies, Analyzing quality and other metrics, U. S. citizenship required, Ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance
Nice to Have
Current secret government clearance, Design Engineering experience, Experience with quality frameworks, Familiarity with Risk & Opportunity analysis, Supporting audit and hardware sell-off activities, Basis of Estimate (BOE) or equivalent training, Earned Value (EV) certification or equivalent training, Demonstrated stakeholder management skills

Drive risk mitigation prior to Production
Serve as mentor to team
Interface as Program Quality Engineering Lead for LTAMDS
Support Program Manager execution of key ESM tasks
Participate in design reviews
Participate in CCB sign offs
Participate in qualification planning
Participate in flight test walk ups
Participate in trade study
Support sustainment team with fielded assets
Drive continued improvements in hardware
Drive continued improvements in system
Drive continued improvements in software
Drive continued improvements in reliability
Drive continued improvements in maintainability
Coordinate program/customer reviews
Coordinate internal handoffs
Coordinate customer deliveries
Manage a team of LTAMDS Quality
