Full Job Description

**[What the role is]** We are seeking a skilled Artificial intelligence/ Machine Learning (AI/ML) Engineer to design and implement innovative POCs on Cloud. The ideal candidate shall possess strong technical expertise, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. **[What you will be working on]** Design and develop scalable, cloud-based software solutions for Traffic Management and Incident Management systems, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML-driven applications. Lead the end-to-end implementation of automated pipelines for incident detection, validation, and clearance, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Architect and deploy AI/ML models that support real-time traffic monitoring, predictive analytics, and intelligent incident response workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and operational requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with agile delivery methodologies. Drive iterative development cycles, including sprint planning, prototyping, and Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices. Ensure cloud infrastructure and application designs adhere to security best practices, compliance standards, and Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) requirements. Engage with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and policy teams to gather requirements, present technical proposals, and communicate progress effectively. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve system performance and delivery outcomes. **[What we are looking for]** * Knowledge in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or other related technical fields; * Experience in application architecture design and development, with a focus on AI/ML. * Experience in cloud system architecting and design, with hands-on experience on cloud platforms such as AWS * Knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and experience w
