What You'll Do.
Collaborate with nurses and providers
Communicate with other disciplines
Monitor client charts
Implement action plans
Review detox protocols
Organize unit scheduling
Maintain medical equipment
Conduct medical lectures
Administer medications
Administer IM medications
Administer SQ medications
Obtain physician orders
Transcribe physician orders
Follow consent procedures
Participate in Performance Improvement Projects
Address staff development needs
Complete nursing competency evaluations
Adhere to Evidence-Based Practice guidelines
Engage in continued nursing training
Attend monthly meetings
Conduct nursing assessments
Create treatment plans
Follow detox protocols
Assist medical providers
