Transport residents on scheduled trips
Monitor vehicle condition
Coordinate vehicle maintenance
Administer medications to residents
Complete admission assessments
Complete documentation
Complete acute care plans
Complete long-term care plans
Track clinical systems
Provide health consultation
Notify physicians of resident changes
Notify family members of resident changes
Provide proper documentation
Respond to emergencies
Maintain communication with departments
Maintain communication with staff members
Provide educational meetings for residents
Provide educational meetings for staff
Understand role in Safety & Disaster Plan
Maintain confidentiality of resident information
Maintain confidentiality of prospective resident information
Attend required training
Attend in-service meetings
