Graduation from accredited School of Nursing, Current LPN license, 2 years experience long-term care, 2 years experience assisted living, 2 years experience home health, 2 years experience hospital setting, Experience with Alzheimer’s, Proficiency in computer skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
