LPN license, 3 days per week schedule, Rotating weekends schedule
Nice to Have
Experience with Epic, Experience with Cerner, Experience with Meditech, Experience with Allscripts, Experience with McKesson, Experience with athenahealth
What You'll Do.
Work as a team member
Communicate with other disciplines
Ensure client needs are met
Identify action plans
Carry out action plans
Review detox protocols
Assist staff in high volume shifts
Complete unit scheduling
Administer medications
Complete labs for treatment
Administer IM medications
Administer SQ medications
Ensure labs are addressed
Obtain physician orders
Transcribe physician orders
Follow proper consent procedures
Involved in Performance Improvement Projects
Complete nursing competency
Complete nursing evaluation
Follow Evidence Based Practice guidelines
Perform nursing assessments
Develop treatment plans
Administer medications
Follow detox protocols
Follow other medical protocols
Assist medical provider as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
