As an LPN supporting Urology you will assist fellow caregivers in providing exceptional, high-quality care for a diverse patient population. In this role, you will directly support the practices of endocrinology providers while enhancing your nursing skills through hands-on experience and the educational resources available throughout the Cleveland Clinic system. **A caregiver in this role works days from 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: * Provide professional nursing care to patients. * Administer medication. * Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date documentation in medical records and files. * Complete authorization forms and laboratory requisitions. * Implement pain management assessments and documentation. * Adhere to the National Patient Safety Goals as outlined
