This state-of-the-art facility specializes in primary care, outpatient surgery, imaging and more. As an LPN supporting Orthopaedic Surgery, you will assist fellow caregivers in providing exceptional, top-quality care to a diverse patient population. In this role, you can make a lasting difference in the lives of patients, all while enhancing your nursing skills through hands-on experience and numerous educational resources offered within the Cleveland Clinic system. **A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: * Provide professional nursing care to patients. * Administer medication. * Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date documentation in medical records and files. * Complete authorization forms and laboratory requisitions. * Implement pain management assessments and documentation. * Adhere to the National Patient Safety Goals as outlined by JCAHO. * Follow Code Blue protocol.
