What You'll Do.
Deliver nursing service duties
Provide oversight to resident care
Provide oversight to Medication Management Program
Provide residents with nursing services
Administer medications and treatments
Complete resident assessments
Develop resident service plans
Follow up on residents’ health conditions
Communicate resident information
Perform nursing services
Develop and maintain relationships
Collaborate with healthcare providers
Assist with coordination of care
Complete documentation
Initiate internal incident report
Initiate state reports
Coordinate residents’ medical care
Coordinate lab diagnostic testing
Coordinate durable medical equipment
Complete insurance verification forms
Support Medication Management Program
Assist with medication administration
Assist with daily staffing issues
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work as part of the team within the Health Services Department; Collaborate with healthcare providers; Collaborate with preferred pharmacy partners
