Licensed Practical Nurse, valid nursing license in good standing, First Aid certification, CPR certification

What You'll Do.
Deliver nursing service duties
Provide oversight to resident care
Administer medications and treatments
Participate in resident assessments
Develop and update resident service plans
Follow up on residents' health conditions
Communicate relevant resident information
Perform nursing services
Develop and maintain relationships
Collaborate with healthcare providers
Assist with coordination of care
Complete documentation
Initiate incident reports
Coordinate residents' medical care
Coordinate lab diagnostic testing
Complete insurance verification forms
Support Medication Management Program
Collaborate with pharmacy partners
Assist with medication administration
Assist Director of Assisted Living

Team & Collaboration
Work as part of the team within the Health Services Department; Collaborate with healthcare providers; Collaborate with preferred pharmacy partners
