Must Have
Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing or New Graduate, Current Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse License, Current CPR Certification, Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
What You'll Do.
Directs day-to-day operations of the caregiver office
Ensures all staff know and practice guidelines
Completes medical forms
Completes evaluations
Completes 24-hour report for DON
Completes forms for admission
Completes accident/incident reports
Documents pertinent information in resident care notes/log
Communicates to caregiver staff
Reviews monthly kardexes for completeness
Reviews caregiver's interdisciplinary progress notes
