Full Job Description
**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. The ATE DFT Team plays a critical role in ensuring testability, quality, and cost efficiency for advanced semiconductor products, particularly high performance mobile DRAM. Our team supports the entire product lifecycle from early design stages through mass production ramp, with the mission of enabling robust test coverage, high manufacturing yield, and stable quality by integrating Design for Test (DFT) with backend test solutions. Specifically, we lead DFT architecture definition and test concept studies for new products, including early feasibility assessments, test coverage and risk analysis, and the preparation and release of DFT and test related technical documentation. By working closely with design, product engineering, and test development teams, we ensure that test requirements are properly reflected in the design and that efficient test strategies are established from the earliest stages. Through close involvement in ATE test development and silicon bring up, the backend DFT Team (ATE DFT Team) verifies the effectiveness of DFT implementation, evaluates test results, and drives debug and improvement activities. These efforts contribute directly to yield enhancement, test time optimization, and quality assurance for mass production. In addition, the backend DFT Team (ATE DFT Team) actively participates in advanced technology development for next generation nodes and products. Acting as a key interface between design teams, process technology, and test engineering, we identify potential test challenges, define design rules and guidelines, and propose solutions to mitigate risks in future technologies. For customer and business driven projects, the team a
