Full Job Description
**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Product Engineering for Low Power DRAM (LPDDR) products supporting Mobile, Automotive, and Data Center applications * Develop and maintain test flows to ensure specification compliance and to improve yield and quality throughout NPI and HVM phases * Perform failure analysis through data mining, tester analysis, and silicon characterization * Drive and implement rootcause fixes in collaboration with Circuit Design and Fab Process teams * Validate circuit functionality and electrical performance across different operating conditions * Support NPI activities, including bringup, characterization, and crosssite handover * Own LPDDRspecific validation items (e.g., power, timing margin, IDD, trainingrelated behaviors) * Support yield ramp and issue containment during early production phases **Required Skills** * Strong electrical testing skills using ATE platforms * Solid Electrical Engineering fundamentals * Experience with data mining and yield analysis * Good understanding of IC design and semiconductor devices * Programming capability: Python is preferred * Familiarity with LPDDR architecture and JEDEC specifications is a strong plus * Experience in test data analysis automation or scripting is highly desirable **Cross Functional Collaboration** * Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing organizations * Work with Micron Memory Japan and US Product Engineering teams * Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Process Integration, Application Engineering, and Test Solutions teams * Participate in crosssite technical alignment and handover between Taiwan, Japan, and other global teams **Education** * Required: Bachelor’s
