Teach content and skills
Differentiate instruction
Setup and maintain engaging classroom
Develop and maintain effective working relationships
Foster communication with teachers
Deliver a student-centered curriculum
Plan and conduct field trips
Help develop student opportunities
Help students develop self-awareness
Supervise LS before-school
recess and dismissals
Work with LS Head and Specialist faculty
Actively participate in community
Attend full community
and departmental meetings
