Must Have

2–5 years of hands-on experience in low-voltage systems, 2–5 years of hands-on experience in structured cabling, 2–5 years of hands-on experience in networking, 2–5 years of hands-on experience in CCTV, Understanding of fiber optic termination, Understanding of network infrastructure, Understanding of POS deployment/troubleshooting, Valid driver’s license, Clean driving record, Reliable personal transportation, Possess basic telecom tools, Possess standard Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Comfortable working independently, Comfortable leading small teams, Willingness to travel extensively, Willingness to work flexible shifts

In this role, you will handle hands-on installations and lead small teams on multi-week projects. Cabinet & Conduit Work: Perform conduit installation, cable dressing, and termination inside IDF/MDF cabinets. Device Setup: Install and configure CCTV and network devices. Project Leadership: Lead small teams on multi-week projects to ensure timely, safe, and budget-conscious delivery. Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints and site maps. Aerial Work: Operate BOOM and/or scissor lifts to work at heights up to 40+ feet. Testing & Compliance: Conduct system testing and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Communication: Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with clients and team members. ## Qualifications Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in low-voltage systems, structured cabling, networking, and CCTV.
