What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of experience in relevant technology project management
Nice to Have
PMP or equivalent certification
What You'll Do.
Develop and manage detailed project plans
Schedule internal staff and subcontractors
Track multiple project budgets
Monitor project margins and profitability
Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle
Maintain a regular cadence of WIP review meetings
Partner with PMO Director
Collaborate with integration services
Ensure clean project closeout
Manage multiple projects and respond to changes
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Coordinate with pre-sales and post-sales engineering
Ensure compliance with operational procedures
Support process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support procurement and vendor management
Identify potential sales opportunities
Strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
Ensure all installations meet client specifications
Oversee documentation
Monitor installation progress
Maintain compliance with internal processes

This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. PRIMARY DUTIES include but not limited to: Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using ERP and project management tools such as ConnectWise and Microsoft products. Schedule internal staff and subcontractors for installations and manage workflows. Track multiple project budgets, milestones, and deliverables
