Extensive travel (6–8 weeks at a time), Willing to work on-call, early mornings, nights, and weekends, Own basic telecom tools/PPE, Have reliable transportation, Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUI/DWI within the last 3 years), Perform precision boom lift maneuvering, Perform voluntary vertical steel structure climbing
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience with CAT5e, Proven experience with fiber optics, Proven experience with networking, Familiarity with NEC, Familiarity with TIA/EIA, Familiarity with BICSI standards, Ability to read blueprints, Site conduit installation experience, people skills, Ability to thrive under tight deadlines, Own basic telecom tools/PPE, Reliable transportation, Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUI/DWI within the last 3 years)
Nice to Have
Systimax certification, Panduit certification, Corning certification
What You'll Do.
Install structured cabling (CAT5e and Fiber Optic) with extreme neatness and adherence to bundling safety regulations
Operate boom and scissor lifts to reach tight areas and heights
Expand skills with OJT for CCTV
Physical Access Control
and Wireless LAN infrastructure
Work in harmony with multiple trades to meet tight timelines and project scopes
Strictly adhere to Wachter
and OSHA safety standards
