Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel setting., customer service and communication skills., Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously., Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures., Ability to use POS systems and handle cash and credit card transactions., Food Handlers and SmartServe certification., Professional appearance and demeanour., Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and push carts., Ability to work independently and as part of a team., Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

taking food and beverage orders accurately
including alcoholic drinks
maintaining a clean and organized lounge environment
processing payments and handling cash transactions
providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items
taking in-room dining orders over the phone or through online systems
ensuring accuracy and clarity
preparing and assembling in-room dining trays and carts
ensuring all items are present and presented attractively
delivering in-room dining orders to guest rooms promptly and courteously
setting up tables and explaining menu items
retrieving in-room dining trays and carts from guest rooms in a timely manner
ensuring accurate billing and processing of in-room dining orders
maintaining cleanliness and organization of in-room dining areas
maintaining a thorough knowledge of menu items
and preparation methods
adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
communicating effectively with the kitchen team and other hotel departments
providing exceptional customer service
anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations
