Full Job Description

Our production unit takes pride in offering top-tier luxury airline catering that is both elegant and sophisticated. Our team is dedicated to crafting a one-of-a-kind experience that is attractive to even the most discerning passengers. We focus on providing exceptional quality, first-class service, and an exquisite range of menu options that are sure to impress. * Making a note of our lounge guest food requests * Serving of food and beverages to lounge guests * Clearing and setting up of tables for dining purposes * Maintaining the buffet – replenishing food items, explaining dishes on the buffet and assisting with service * Polishing of cutlery, crockery, and glassware * Ability to describe dishes offered on the buffet and a la carte menu explaining the allergens * Attend to passenger queries and complaints * Consult the supervisors and managers as and when required * Liaise with the bar person and culinary team with regards to food and drinks orders * Ensuring that all food and beverage related services are provided as per Qatar Airways standards (these will be provided during the service training provided by Qatar Airways management) * Assisting the cleaning team in the lounge and back-of-house areas during non- passenger usage. ## Qualifications * Minimum 2 years hospitality experience * Excellent customer service skills * Great Team player * Attention to details and the ability to work fast under pressure * Self-motivated attitude * Confident working in a team * Able to communicate effectively in English * Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Lounge operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. * Right to work in the UK ## Additional Information We believe that our employees are the driving force behind our success and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
