What You'll Do.
Ensure all required equipment is ready
Conduct presale walks
Identify missing vehicles
Identify overflow areas
Identify inoperable vehicles
Identify lane changes
Ensure vehicles are parked
Maintain the run list
Coordinate vehicles ran out of sequence
Monitor vehicles ran out of sequence
Handle customer inquiries
Handle dealer inquiries
Conduct pre-sale meeting
Oversee lane coordination
Maintain continuous flow of traffic
Reassign drivers as needed
Identify potential traffic blockage
Identify stalled vehicles
Direct drivers on vehicle assignments
Oversee parking sold vehicles
Repark non-sold vehicles
Report safety concerns
Pull keys for unsafe vehicles
Maintain keys for unsafe vehicles
Report unsafe vehicles to management
Demonstrate safety commitment
Follow safety and health procedures
Model safety behaviors
Participate in safety activities
Perform other duties as assigned
