You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high safety standards and contribute to our mission of transforming how the world uses information. **Responsibilities:** * Fire Protection System Management: Develop and evaluate fire protection systems (e.g., sprinkler systems, VESDA, gas suppression systems). Confirm alignment with regulatory requirements, FM Global, and company standards. Supervise and coordinate routine maintenance of fire protection equipment. * Special Risk Control in Semiconductor Environment: Evaluate fire risks associated with specialty gases, chemicals, and manufacturing equipment. Provide fire protection build recommendations and improvement measures for high-risk equipment and processes. * Risk Assessment and Change Management: Perform Fire Risk Assessments (FRA). Evaluate fire protection effects associated with equipment or engineering modifications within the Management of Change (MOC) process. * Testing, Drills, and Emergency Response: Implement functional testing of fire protection systems. Coordinate fire response drills and assist Emergency Response Team (ERT/ERC) activities. * Documentation and Audit Support: Develop and maintain fire safety SOPs and emergency procedures. Respond to audits (fire safety, EHS, FM Global) and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. * Incident Investigation and Improvement: Support fire
