What You'll Do.
Complete daily tasks for loss prevention and safety
Maintain positive relationships with Store Management
Conduct apprehensions within policies
Communicate damage and shrink initiatives
Identify and resolve theft
Adhere to shoplifter guidelines
Provide customer service
Promote honesty and confidentiality
Observe and deter dishonesty
Participate in investigations and surveillance
Ensure apprehensions are consistent
Complete and distribute paperwork
Maintain evidence and understand law enforcement procedures
Coordinate shrink activities with Store Management
Adhere to labor laws and policies
Support shrink reduction goals
Encourage Associate use of shrink resources
Promote safety awareness
