What You'll Do.
Complete daily tasks for store loss prevention
Maintain positive relationships with Store Management
Conduct apprehensions within policies
Communicate with store Associates on damage
Identify and resolve internal theft
Identify and resolve external theft
Adhere to shoplifter guidelines
Provide customer service
Promote honesty and confidentiality
and/or deter dishonesty
Participate in investigations
Participate in surveillance
Ensure apprehensions are consistent
Complete and distribute paperwork
Maintain appropriate evidence
Coordinate and complete shrink activities
Support store shrink reduction goals
Encourage Associate use of shrink resources
Promote safety awareness
