What You'll Do.
Completes daily tasks for Loss Prevention and safety programs
Maintains positive relationships with Store Management
Conducts apprehensions within policies
Communicates with Associates on damage and shrink
Identifies and resolves theft
Adheres to shoplifter guidelines
Provides customer service
and/or deters dishonesty
Participates in investigations and surveillance
Ensures apprehensions are consistent with store theft
Completes and distributes paperwork
Maintains appropriate evidence
Coordinates and completes shrink activities
Adheres to labor laws
Supports store shrink reduction goals
Encourages Associate use of shrink reduction resources
Promotes safety awareness
