Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Fire Protection, Risk Management, Safety, or a related technical field, Minimum years of experience in property loss control, technical insurance surveying, or risk consulting within industrial sectors, knowledge of building construction, fire protection systems, and applicable codes (OSHA, NFPA, FM Global, etc.), Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage a flexible work schedule, Proficient with Microsoft Office, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Willingness and ability to travel regionally and locally as required
