What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 to 2 years of experience in customer service support roles, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain., knowledge of inventory management processes, discrepancy resolution, shipping coordination, sales order tracking, and warehouse transaction review., Experience handling documentation and compliance processes, including receiving logs, shipment paperwork, RDR processes, and nonconforming inventory resolution., Ability to identify operational issues, analyze information using standard procedures, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment., Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively support both internal teams and external customers.
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience with Salesforce and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) highly desirable.
