High school diploma or equivalent, 3 years experience in traffic, logistics, or freight transportation operations, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Familiarity with shipping/logistic software, Familiarity with TMS and ERP systems, Communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to multitask and prioritize

Coordinate outbound shipments
Coordinate inbound shipments
Coordinate 3rd party shipments
Create shipping labels
Produce shipping labels
Process shipping labels
Schedule carrier pickups
Schedule freight company pickups
Schedule carrier deliveries
Schedule freight company deliveries
Verify shipment contents against purchase orders
Verify shipment contents against invoice
Maintain accurate records of shipments
Maintain tracking numbers
Maintain delivery confirmations
Communicate with internal departments
Resolve shipping discrepancies
Resolve shipping issues with carriers
Monitor shipments for shortages
Monitor shipments for overages
Ensure compliance with company policies
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations
Assist in developing shipping procedures
Assist in implementing shipping procedures
Support warehouse staff with discrepancies
Support warehouse staff with labeling
Maintain shipping logs
Generate shipping performance reports
Coordinate Collect freight carriers
Maintain cleanliness of Traffic area
