What You'll Do.
Provide support to Force Protection Products
Track Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests
Prepare paperwork for purchase requests
Execute shipment/receipt of property
Track shipping locations of equipment
Coordinate equipment transfers
Inform management of programmatic issues
Communicate with vendors and customers
Follow up on requirements
Plan equipment repair scheduling
Coordinate with OEM for repair
Provide data for repair process
Compile data and reports
Attend and facilitate meetings
Act under changes in priorities
Perform duties as Item Manager
Participate in budget justification
Ensure requirements remain up to date
Participate in development of obligation plans
Monitor utilization of resources
Review purchase requests
Ensure accuracy of funding
Accomplish financial system reconciliations
Monitor contracts and delivery orders
Serve as point of contact
Monitor Open Document Listings
Identify resource imbalances
Recommend action to Program Manager
Research funding suspense
Prepare responses to funding suspense
Assist Budget Office during closeout
