Amazon is seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed Supervisors to lead and develop teams within our fast-paced AMZL (Amazon Logistics) and FC (Fulfilment Enter) environments. This role will encompass responsibilities across both areas, requiring a versatile leader who can thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing operational landscape. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflows, exceeding customer expectations, and driving continuous improvement. Key job responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations within both AMZL and FC environments, including managing teams of Operations Assistants, Delivery Service Providers, and Associates (ranging from approximately 30-40). This includes allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and maintaining exceptional organizational skills. Team Management: Lead, train, and develop high-performing teams. Foster a positive and motivating work environment, driving engagement and performance while ensuring associate safety and adherence to Amazon's Health and Safety standards. Performance Management: Be obsessed with metrics, diving deep to identify root causes of performance issues, and implementing effective solutions. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements across both AMZL and FC processes. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes. Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without compromising quality or functionality.
