Full Job Description

## How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The main object and purpose of this position consist in ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations for commercial vehicles and drivers, for improving the distribution efficiencies and minimizing the cost, for respecting the transportation of dangerous goods regulations and Air Liquide Canada’s safety and quality standards, all the while maintaining an excellent service to internal and external customers. Will be responsible for the day to day Operations of Package Gas Drivers for both Cylinder and Micro Bulk operations in the Mid West of Canada (Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Thunder Bay, ON) Will work closely with the Director of Logistics to Promote actively the Strategic planning and strategies as per Operation requirements to support the Operations teams and Districts. Have a good understanding of the ALC Policy and Procedures in line with IMS including Audit procedures. Coordinate the daily delivery of product to the customers at the lowest cost of distribution & taking into account legal & operational constraints (compliance with local transportation regulations; product availability; availability of vehicles & drivers). Provide transport drivers with the planned route, including the loading & unloading points.
