carrier communication
import/export compliance support
Coordinate international import courier shipments for U. S. operations through carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
Monitor shipment movement and resolve delivery delays
and clearance-related issues.
Coordinate with carriers
and internal teams to ensure timely shipment execution.
Review shipping documents
including commercial invoices
and supporting customs documentation.
Follow up with carrier brokerage teams regarding entry corrections
and shipment escalations.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve shipment and billing issues.
Maintain shipment tracking records
shipment visibility updates
and operational reporting.
Maintain and contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS).
