Schedule: Full Time Job Type: Hybrid Salary Type: Hourly Req #: 2841 About the Role At Uber Freight, we’re transforming the future of logistics—and we’re looking for detail-oriented, proactive professionals to join our team. As a Logistics Specialist II, you’ll play a key role in executing day-to-day freight operations, ensuring shipments move efficiently, on time, and in line with customer expectations. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role where you’ll manage shipments, resolve issues, and collaborate across teams to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with shipping sites, carriers, and internal teams, using tools like a Transportation Management System (TMS) and email platforms to manage high-volume activity and real-time problem solving. This position follows a hybrid schedule based in Exton, PA (3 days in office, 2 days remote). What You’ll Do Manage the day-to-day execution of shipments within a Transportation Management System (TMS) Ensure all loads are planned, executed, and delivered on time Monitor shipments and proactively resolve issues such as delays, errors, or carrier challenges Communicate with shipping sites, carriers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues Manage a high volume of emails and system updates while prioritizing urgent requests Troubleshoot shipment issues across multiple transportation modes, including Truckload (TL), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), rail, bulk, and specialized freight, escalating when needed Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions Maintain accurate shipment, rate, and operational data within systems Assist with resolving billing or invoice discrepancies Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent 1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain Ability to manage multiple tasks across systems (email, TMS, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Off
