Must Have
Experience as logistics professional, Speak, write, and read fluently in English, Experience using computers and Microsoft Office, Can lift loads of up to 49 pounds
Nice to Have
Experience working in data centers, Experience with shipping & receiving, Experience in operations or inventory management, Experience with database management systems, Experience managing projects, Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments, Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Fulfill parts quickly and accurately
Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries
Liaise with internal vendors
Liaise with couriers/carriers
Liaise with transportation teams
Liaise with inventory planning teams
Receive parts logically
Receive parts physically
Ship parts physically
Update inventory management system
Receive inventory items
Receive non-inventory items
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Enter data accurately
Resolve questions from peer organizations
Execute stock re-balancing
Transfer stock between locations
Perform regular cycle counts
Optimize storage space
Maintain workspace cleanliness
Maintain workspace organization
Maintain workspace safety
Perform ad hoc analysis
