Let’s take a closer look at the role Key Responsibilities * Monitor transportation activity to ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance for customer shipments. * Track shipments and proactively communicate shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders. * Ensure timely receipt and processing of carrier documentation, invoices, and related transportation records. * Identify transportation service issues and recommend corrective actions to management to improve carrier performance and customer satisfaction. * Provide cross-functional support through collaboration and cross-training with other Logistics Specialists to ensure continuous customer coverage and service. Work Environment * Fast-paced transportation and logistics environment. * Frequent interaction with customers, carriers, and internal operations teams via phone, email, and transportation management systems
