Must Have
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport operations, Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Service- and solution-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities, Good organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills, Experience in shipment tracking and transport coordination, Basic knowledge of international logistics regulations and transport documentation (e.g. CMR, Incoterms), Good analytical and reporting skills, Ability to work in a dynamic international environment
Nice to Have
Experience in cooperation with logistics vendors and carriers, Experience in warehouse or distribution operations, Knowledge of transport performance KPIs and logistics cost analysis, Continuous improvement mindset and interest in process optimization, Good knowledge of MS SAP or other ERP system knowledge will be an advantage, Cargo loading capacity planning skills

Support warehouse-related logistics tasks
Support inventory activities
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Participate in digitalization initiatives
