Key Responsibilities * Plan and coordinate domestic and international road transportation activities * Manage transport orders from creation to completion, ensuring timely execution * Maintain effective communication with carriers, customers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders * Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve transportation issues * Track and analyze transport-related performance and service quality indicators * Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards * Handle logistics documentation and day-to-day administrative tasks * Support continuous improvement initiatives within transport and logistics processes ## Qualifications Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations * Confident working proficiency in English, both written and spoken * Native or fluent Hungarian language skills * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel * Experience working with ERP, TMS, or SAP systems is considered an advantage * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ## Additional Information Diversity & Inclusion LDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethi
