Must Have
2-4 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, Hands-on experience booking, managing, and negotiating with trucking and freight carriers, Exposure to CRM or TMS platforms, comfortable adopting new operational tools, A sharp, proactive problem-solver, Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, negotiation skills and stakeholder communication, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable across the full Google Workspace, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience, Deep familiarity with cross-border (US/Canada) logistics, customs brokerage, and import/export compliance, Background in the landscaping, horticulture, or wholesale plant materials industry, Proven experience formally or informally mentoring junior team members in a logistics or supply chain environment
