Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, 8–12 years of experience in logistics pricing, sourcing analytics, transportation procurement, or supply chain analytics, with surface transportation exposure, Proven experience supporting RFQs, negotiations, carrier selection, and commercial evaluations, understanding of surface freight cost models, including FTL/LTL pricing, accessorials, fuel mechanisms, and network concepts, Excellent understanding of global procurement processes, industry, and complex suppliers, Ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable sourcing insights
Nice to Have
MBA or advanced degree preferred, Experience with sourcing optimization tools (e. g. , Coupa) preferred, Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI or similar analytics tools, and familiarity with AI-enabled analytics is a plus
What You'll Do.
Own regional surface freight sourcing intelligence
Develop and maintain lane-level and market benchmarks
Provide analytical support for RFIs
Partner with sourcing leads to strengthen negotiations
Apply standardized savings and cost-avoidance logic
Track negotiated vs. realized savings
Monitor key cost drivers
Translate market signals into actionable insights
Support TMS-enabled and digital RFQ processes
Drive continuous improvement in sourcing analytics
Identify opportunities for structural cost reduction
Work closely with Global Logistics Sourcing
