What You'll Do.
Manage customer communication by e-mail
Understand complex requests and respond promptly
Provide information on shipments
Cargo Signal services
Resolve customer issues within established guidelines
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Accurately input customer data into Cargo Signal systems
Copy information from documents into monitoring software
Verify data accuracy by cross-checking information
Maintain data cleanliness by identifying and correcting inaccurate information
Track and trace shipments using internal and external applications
Understand standard operating procedures and interpret information
Develop relationships with key customers
Report customer feedback to management
Actively monitor shipments to ensure compliance
Respond to emergency alarms and exceptions
Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer data
Help build a positive local team environment
Participate in shift-level exercises and incident response drills
