Respond to customer requests and queries via phone

Assist drivers with documents
Prepare customs documentation
Process customs documentation
Compile customs documentation
Review customs documentation
Enter new orders into the system
Maintain customer portals with up to date information
Provide administrative support
Prepare presentations
Prepare correspondence documents
Submit weekly reports for internal review
Submit weekly reports per client requests
