Must Have
5+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or distribution management, Knowledge of international trade, customs, and import/export processes, Experience with WMS, ERP, and operational reporting systems, Experience managing 3PL providers and external logistics partners, Understanding of landed costs, operational cost structures, and margin optimization, Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities, Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Manage warehouse operations through 3PL partners
Coordinate inbound receiving
Ensure service levels and shipping accuracy across distribution
Monitor daily warehouse KPIs
Implement corrective actions for warehouse operations
Manage warehouse operations through WMS and ERP platforms
Ensure transaction accuracy across inventory movements
Support continuous improvement initiatives through systems optimization
Coordinate with customs brokers
Manage import/export documentation
Monitor tariff structures
Identify opportunities to reduce landed costs
Oversee freight execution from supplier shipment through final
Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities
Monitor transit performance and carrier service levels
Resolve transportation delays and service interruptions
Serve as operational link between suppliers
Support customer communication regarding order status and delivery
Maintain supplier communication regarding production schedules and shipping
Participate in sales and operations planning activities
Own and report key operational KPIs
Build dashboards and reporting tools for management decision-making
Maintain communication with global operations
Ensure local execution aligns with corporate operational standards
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations

JOB SUMMARY HexArmor is seeking a Logistics & Operations Manager to support the launch and growth of our Mexico operations. This is a high-impact, multi-functional leadership role designed for someone who understands logistics as one part of a broader operational ecosystem. The ideal candidate will lead operational execution across supply chain, inventory, systems, compliance, distribution, cost optimization, and customer delivery. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial leader who wants to grow with the company and eventually take on broader leadership responsibilities across regional operations.
