What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience), 5+ years in logistics and supply chain with proven management responsibility, 2+ years leading teams, including performance management, coaching, and resource allocation, Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end logistics operations across multiple sites or functions, Analytical and problem-solving experience using metrics and root cause analysis to drive improvements
Nice to Have
Familiarity with data center logistics operations, Formal certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent continuous improvement methodology, Proven track record implementing Kaizen, Lean, or other structured continuous improvement programs, Ability to collaborate with global teams and translate strategic goals into local execution, Experience managing compliance in regulated or high-security environments
What You'll Do.
Oversee operations across multiple sites
and secure flow of materials
Manage daily inbound and outbound activities
Monitor inventory accuracy
Coordinate with warehouse
and procurement teams
Serve as primary point of contact for logistics
Coordinate scheduling
shipment planning and cross-site issue resolution
Oversee execution of shipments between locations
Supervise on-site activities such as receiving
Ensure workspaces maintain highest standards of safety
Provide direction and resource planning for team
Define and track performance metrics
Drive accountability across sites
Lead change management initiatives and project rollouts
Ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
Align local operations with global priorities and business
Identify bottlenecks through root cause analysis
Recommend and implement targeted process changes
Champion initiatives that deliver measurable efficiency gains
Strengthen overall performance across the cluster
