Full Job Description
Fixed term contract for 12 months We are seeking a highly motivated **Logistics Operations Analyst** to support the day-to-day operational management and compliance execution of Logistics activities within EMEA region. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, on-time, and cost-effective transport of products, while maintaining the highest standards of global compliance across cross-border supply chain operations. You will play a key role in supporting operational delivery, managing compliance requirements, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners. You will analyse data, improve processes, and work with teams in supply, quality, and commercial. We value curiosity, clear communication, and practical problem solving. This role offers growth, the chance to influence measurable change, and alignment with our mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Support the execution of site-to-market and site-to-site logistics operations \- Collect, validate and analyse operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. \- Create clear reports and dashboards to inform decision makers and operational teams. \- Support process improvement projects using structured problem solving and measurable outcomes. \- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve on-time performance. \- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, metrics and standard operating procedures. \- Support planning and forecasting activities to help match supply with demand. **Basic Qualifications:** \- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business, data analytics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, logistics or data analysis. \- Proficiency with Excel and experience using reporting tools or business intelligence software. \- Solid problem solving skil
