Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business, data analytics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, logistics or data analysis, Proficiency with Excel, Solid problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy, Good written and verbal communication in English and Polish, Ability to work collaboratively across teams and to present findings clearly to stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with warehouse or manufacturing operations in a regulated environment, Familiarity with ERP systems or warehouse management systems, Basic knowledge of statistical analysis or SQL for data queries, Experience in continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma, Experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools, Previous experience working in an international or matrix organisation

Fixed term contract for 12 months We are seeking a highly motivated **Logistics Operations Analyst** to support the day-to-day operational management and compliance execution of Logistics activities within EMEA region. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, on-time, and cost-effective transport of products, while maintaining the highest standards of global compliance across cross-border supply chain operations. You will play a key role in supporting operational delivery, managing compliance requirements, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners. You will analyse data, improve processes, and work with teams in supply, quality, and commercial. We value curiosity, clear communication, and practical problem solving.
