What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or materials management, Proven experience working in critical environments such as data centers, healthcare facilities, laboratories, or manufacturing plants, Proficiency with warehouse management systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite, understanding of proper handling techniques for sensitive electronic equipment and hazardous materials, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods, Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management, communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external vendors, Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require, Valid driver's license and ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Nice to Have
Associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field, Experience with specialized critical environment protocols and regulatory compliance requirements, Certification in material handling equipment operation (forklift, scissor lift, etc. ), Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols and cleanroom procedures, Previous experience in mission-critical facility operations or similar high-stakes environments, Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and hazardous material handling procedures, Experience with lean inventory management principles and continuous improvement methodologies
