**Job Characteristics** The Logistics Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving workforce capability, operational excellence, and resilient logistics performance at the Ecolab Buenos Aires site. This role supports in recruiting and talent planning efforts, fosters continuous improvement, and ensures strong team engagement and site‑level execution.
