Must Have
3-5 years logistics experience, Experience with Warehouse Management (WMS) systems, Experience with inbound and outbound shipping flows, Experience managing a team, Experience working with an ERP system, Competence using Excel or Google Sheets, Experience in Aerospace, Automotive or similar structured production environment

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS: - Logistics Manager - Location: Espoo, Finland - Department: Global Manufacturing Organization - Reports to: Head of Stock Management & Logistics - Employment type: Permanent - Workplace model: Hybrid - Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. As Logistics Manager, you will own the flow of materials and components across our international manufacturing network, ensuring the right parts reach the right place at the right time to keep production on schedule. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving complex supply challenges in a fast-moving, high-tech environment. You will work alongside expert engineers and supply chain specialists, gain exposure to aerospace-grade quality and compliance standards, and play a key part in scaling one of the most exciting companies in the new space economy.
